The Promentor ‘QRS’ is conducted over a 5 day period and assesses the general health of an organisation. Our experienced team have the capability to identify potential problem areas quickly and a report is provided that covers improving company efficiency by analysing organisational sturcture and management capability, high level IT review, high level market review and competitor analysis, financial review work flow between departments and potential duplication. This is a cost effective review of the organisation and will identify whether more in depth assistance is required for the business. It is also useful for assessing synergies should an acquisition be under consideration.
