GARY TESCHER
Gary was the founder and CEO of Newtronics Pty Ltd. Gary created this electronics company from a shell to annual sales of A$30M per annum, employing 150 people and holding 80% of the market share. Gary has also lead projects in mergers, acquisitions and operations improvement. He has a solid understanding of telecommunications and manufacturing industry, restructuring many Telco’s, multinational manufacturing and service companies owned by large overseas organisations. Gary holds an MBA and an Engineering Degree.

GEOFF NORCOTT
Geoff has extensive management experience having spent 15 years with Ford, followed by 14 years as the Director of Diversified Products at Repco. While at Repco, Geoff developed and executed strategies to close, joint venture and/or sell non-core businesses. Geoff went on to become Group Vice President of Assa Abloy in the UK, which involved numerous joint ventures and acquisitions. Geoff holds an Industrial Engineering Degree (Hons).

IAN RICHARDS
Ex-Senior Manufacturing Manager of Kodak Australia, Ian re-engineered processes to significantly improve productivity and the quality of both film and the packaging for domestic and overseas markets. He also introduced new, highly automated equipment to enhance productivity. Ian holds an Engineering Degree.

BRIAN WHITE
Ex-Manufacturing Director of Electrolux and Lockwood. Brian has increased profitability significantly through process re-engineering, restructuring of resources and negotiation with militant unions for both business units. Brian has also renegotiated supply agreements with significant savings to the client while simplifying the reporting structures in many organisations, saving a significant amount of money. Brian holds Engineering and Management Degrees.

MARK HUDSWELL
Mark is an ex-Manufacturing and Engineering Manager of a large electronics company. He has restructured many companies from loss to profit by implementing process improvements.

JOHN ABAGIA
John has vast experience with particular expertise in profit contribution and in depth financial analysis.

TONY HILL
Tony is a seasoned Senior Executive in Sales and Business Development and has more than 20 years experience in sales management and business planning. Tony’s area of expertise includes the broadscoping and management of highly complex industry initiatives across all levels of government and the private sector. Tony is experienced in negotiating multi million dollar contracts and acquisitions and has worked with organisations such as SENSIS, Telstra, NEC and the Melbourne Grand Prix Corporation along with the Commonwealth, Victorian and Queensland Governments.

BRIAN TREADWELL
Brian’s career has been predominantly in the automotive industry with 35 years of management experience in both the UK and Australia. The majority of that time was spent managing Manufacturing Engineering Groups with responsibilities for new product manufacturing and planning involving tooling, facilities and plant engineering. Major projects included the design, engineering and installation of a complex, flexible assembly operation involving robotics with integrated conveyor systems. It was awarded the highest Australian Quality Award and, more importantly, reduced operating costs by
$25M over 2 years.

TIM ALDERMAN
Tim Alderman has a Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Graduate Diplomas in Management and Information Technology. Tim has developed information systems for Ford Motor Company, Autoliv Australia, Air International and Olex Cables. In addition to Tim’s ability to provide cost effective database solutions he has project management, commissioning, launch and industrial engineering experience. He has engineered and commissioned new manufacturing facilities and successfully launched several products. Tim displays strong analytical acumen and excellent problem solving skills. Tim is currently retained by Olex Cables and provides essential information systems requirements to meet their operational needs.

STUART HAYES (BEc, CPA, GAICD)
Stuart’s professional experience is diverse and includes almost 20 years managing and advising companies during periods of change and stress. As a manager, Stuart has deep experience in special situations management and has previously led several companies through periods of growth (positive and negative) related stress as CEO or Interim Executive Director, including government owned enterprises and alliances with large multi-national companies. He has particular expertise in the areas of building and refining strategy, product and process innovation, streamlining and aligning operations and in implementing sustainable improvements,

ROB ALDERMAN
Rob has undertaken many consultative roles for Ford Motor Company at various overseas, interstate and local operations to develop corrective action/implementation plans. Rob’s management style encouraged employees to participate and assume ownership of initiatives, which enabled operating teams to perform to their full potential. Rob was appointed Operations Manager at Ajax Fasteners and assumed responsibility for the launch of their new facility integrating the activities from five individual manufacturing sites (overseas, interstate and local) into two plants. He undertook a consultancy assignment at a large Victorian public hospital which entailed defining existing practices from patient booking to pre admission clinic, day procedures, through to the operating theatre, highlighting deficiencies and opportunities.

RUSSELL HUTTON
Russell has held senior management roles including Managing Director/General Manager/Business Development Director within growing technical organisations. He has a track record of generating significant bottom line growth through business restructure, building strategic alliances, global business development and creating entrepreneurial opportunities. The roles have ranged from private growing companies to a major global public telecommunications division. Russell has an Applied Science and Business Administration degrees.

MARK FAUNT
Mark Faunt has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Mark has worked across a wide range of industries including Plastics, Chemical, FMCG, Food, Packaging and Medical, with proven increases in revenue and EBIT. Mark is a manager who uses his “hands on” leadership, comprehensive manufacturing, sales, financial knowledge, engineering logic and commercial acumen to develop a company and its team to be a lean, technologically advanced and profitable market leader.

ANDREW MEAKIN
Andrew has over 20 years experience in retail and wholesale funds management, private banking including advisory stockbroking and financial planning. Prior to his finance career Andrew held a number of positions in the manufacturing and construction industries. Andrew has significant expertise in business restructuring, product development corporate finance, business development and marketing. Andrew has held positions as chief executive officer plus senor distribution and investment roles for a number of financial service providers, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Currently Andrew is a special adviser to one of Australia’s largest commercial loan originators and is chairman of an Australian information technology firm. Andrew holds a BA in Economics and Industrial Relations, Master of Management and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.

JOHN WESTE
John Weste is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years experience around the globe in senior leadership and executive management positions within major organisations and leading management consulting firms. John has a strong track record in several key strategic and operational areas and has also developed an extensive portfolio of industry experience having developed, lead, and managed major turnaround and change programs for clients in sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Professional and Health Services, Retailing, Manufacturing, Process Industries, ICT, and FMCG. John is currently a Non-executive Director of Hocking Stuart Pty Ltd, a Non-executive Director of the Prince Henry’s Institute, and is on the Advisory Board of MAP Venture Capital Pty Ltd and a regular presenter and advisor to industry based organisations on strategic management and technology issues across the globe.
